Thanks for the good service we received in your hotel. Clean room, well prepared tasty meals. Our five nights this month was superb.
But bath tiles abit slippery and may cause a fall.

Overall, I and my family had a great experience at Merry Villa Hotel & apartment; Caroline and the entire staff were incredibly helpful, very accommodating and welcoming. And the amenities were great. The apartment was wonderful, clean, and perfect for my group of 5. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone out there looking for a weekend getaway.

Thank you for your excellent hospitality, My team of (7)enjoyed to stay in your hotel, to me it's was not the first time it was third time the first time l visited your hotel with my husband, 2nd time with my colleagues(7) on July 2022 we stayed there one week third time we stayed there from 2nd may to 6th 2023 with the same team ,the food was delicious we enjoyed,l also sent two colleague last year, one this year, lm a good ambassador of your hotel you need to appreciate me at least or you invite me there as your guest, lm residing at Narobi Utawala, I hope to stay at [merry villa ] again soon. Very nice hotel with excellent staff.... Receptionist very welcoming.Gold award goes to one Faith!Very clean accomodation.... However,there is need to change bathroom tiles to shower room style....Those smooth tiles are dangerous...Rough bathroom tiles are best.

2. Affordable, neat, clean rooms, courteous support staff, composed and trustworthy house managers. The front office Madam Faith provided customer care we needed.
